Hydro Ball Large

One Large Sized Paisleys Hydro Ball. Can be filled up to 4.13 lbs. I recommend starting light, around 6-10oz (less than 1/4 the ball), and build up over time. 

Handle with a Velcro strap to adjust per athlete. For grip strength do not rely on the handle. 

Comes with a random water coloring drop color - but you can use any of your own water coloring drops to add your favorite colors! (your random color may be purple, green, red or blue)
