Toni Paisley

Toni Paisley is the most decorated player in the history of Pirate softball. She was named Conference USA Pitcher-of-the-Year in three consecutive seasons (2009, 2010, 2011) as well the league's Freshman-of-the-Year in 2007. In 2009 she was tabbed the C-USA's Co-Female Athlete-of-the-Year. Paisley completed her playing career with 118 victories, 23rd-most in NCAA history, while leading ECU to back-to-back conference titles in 2010 and 2011.

Toni Paisley finished her collegiate career ranked among the top pitchers in NCAA history, recording 118 career wins (23rd all-time, 1st in Conference USA) and 1,290 strikeouts (29th all-time, 1st in C-USA).

Her impact on the game earned her induction into the East Carolina University Hall of Fame (2021), cementing her legacy as one of the most accomplished pitchers in program and conference history.

From Professional Pitcher to Industry Leader

Drafted 10th overall in the 2011 National Pro Fastpitch Draft, Toni continued her competitive career internationally, including representing the Peru National Team (2018).

Since 2012, she has served as Pitching Coach and CEO of Paisley’s Pitching, launching the first globally accessible Online Academy for Pitchers & Coaches (2017) and designing the industry’s first Plyo Softballs with Seams, the Crazii Paisleys (2021).

She holds certifications in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and OnBaseU, with a professional career that includes 57 shutouts, blending elite performance with cutting-edge development.
